The Plan of Salvation

I. THE LOVE OF GOD
1. God uniquely individualizes his love for every person. (UB 12:7.9).
2. Love, not pressure, stimulates growth. (UB 103:5.11).

BIBLE REFERENCES: Acts 10:34-35; 2 Cor 3:17; 1 John 4:8.

II. THE PERFECTION PLAN
1. God’s will may not prevail in the part, but it always does with the whole. (UB 12:7.1).
2. We are all a part of a vast and eternal purpose. (UB 32:5.1).
3. Victory is assured for all who enter the race for eternal perfection. (UB 32:5.8).
4. The plan of perfection attainment is one of the chief concerns of the superuniverses. (UB 4:0.3).
5. The Father’s plan of evolutionary mortal ascension was concurred in by the Eternal Son. (UB 7:4.1).

BIBLE REFERENCES: Ephesians 3:11; Rom 8:28; Gen 1:26; Matthew 5:48.

III. THE BESTOWAL PLAN
The incarnate bestowal of the Paradise Sons upon the mortal races is a project of the Eternal Son. (UB 7:4.5).

BIBLE REFERENCES: Luke 19:10.

IV. THE MERCY MINISTRY PLAN
1. When the perfection and bestowal plans were proclaimed, the Infinite Spirit promulgated his plan of mercy ministry. (UB 7:4.6).
2. The Infinite Spirit ministers for the Father and the Son and also in his own behalf. (UB 8:4.7).

BIBLE REFERENCES: Rom 8:26.

V. THE SALVAGE PLAN
1. In case of sin or delay, the Paradise Sons act as retrievers. (UB 7:4.5).
2. The Creators are the first to attempt to save man from the results of transgression. (UB 2:5.3).

BIBLE REFERENCES: Isaiah 63:9; Heb 12:10; 1 Peter 1:5.

VI. THE FAITH SONS OF GOD
1. Sonship with God is inherent in divine love; it is not dependent on the bestowals of the Paradise Sons. (UB 186:5.5).
2. Providence is the function of the Trinity motivating the cosmic march through time toward the goals of eternity. (UB 118:10.23).
3. God loves the individual; providence functions with regard to the whole. (UB 118:10.5).
4. God may at any time interpose a Fatherly hand in the stream of cosmic events. (UB 118:10.6).

BIBLE REFERENCES: Rom 8:14; John 3:3; 2 Cor 5:17; 1 John 5:4.

VII. JESUS’ LIFE ON EARTH
1. Jesus wants you to believe with him — rather than in him. (UB 196:0.13).
2. The atonement idea is a philosophic assault upon both the unity and volition of God. (UB 2:6.5).
3. God is not a divided personality — one of justice and one of mercy. (UB 2:6.6).
4. God as a Father transcends God as a judge. (UB 2:6.6).
5. Jesus did not die as a sacrifice for sin — to atone for the inborn guilt of the race. (UB 186:5.7).
6. Christ is not engaged in the ignoble task of persuading his Father to love his lowly creatures. (UB 6:3.4).

BIBLE REFERENCES: (UB 6:3.4).

VIII. THE RELIGION OF SURVIVAL
1. Having embarked on the way of life everlasting, do not fear the limitations of human nature. At every crossroad, the Spirit of Truth will speak — ”This is the way.” (UB 34:7.8).
2. We have begun an endless unfolding of an almost infinite panorama of everwidening opportunity for matchless adventure and boundless attainment. (UB 108:6.8).
3. When the clouds gather overhead, by faith we should look beyond the mists of mortal uncertainty into the clear shining of the sun of eternal righteousness on the beckoning heights of the mansion worlds of Satania. (UB 108:6.8).
4. The present destiny of surviving mortals is the Paradise Corps of the Finality. (UB 112:7.15).
